Erosive blisters

Introduction

Introduction The erosive blisters are herpes that are higher than the skin and contain water. The formation of vesicles is mostly the result of inflammatory reactions such as bacteria, viruses, parasites (aphids) or inflammation caused by allergies, such as pemphigus, herpetic dermatitis, and herpes zoster. The skin lesions of herpes are characterized by large blisters on the skin and mucous membranes with normal appearance, and peeling of the epidermis, which occurs in the wrinkles of the skin, and is more common in middle-aged people. Herpes-like dermatitis and herpes zoster are pleomorphic lesions.

Diagnosis

Differential diagnosis

1, bullous pemphigoid occurs in the elderly, the basic damage is wall thickness tension bullae or blood blister, not easy to rupture, easy to heal after rupture. The acanthosis is negative, and mucosal damage is rare. The histopathological examination was the epidermis of the epidermis, and the skin lesions were taken for direct immunofluorescence, showing the banding fluorescence of the basement membrane band due to deposition of 1gG and/or C3.

2, herpes-like dermatitis damage is pleomorphic, clusters of tension mung bean to cherry-sized thick-walled blisters, and the spine is loose. Conscious pruritus histopathological examination of the blister is located under the epidermis. Skin lesions were taken for direct immunofluorescence to show that the dermal papilla was granulated with IgA deposition.
