Shortness of sleep at night

At night, I often experience chest tightness, shortness of breath, awakening, and general weakness. Deficiency is caused by deficiency of lung, spleen, and kidney; stagnation is caused by phlegm drink blocking lung qi. Chinese medicine term: shortness of breath means shortness of breath than normal people, irritability and coarseness. If there is suffocation of breath, speech is interrupted and breathing is reluctant.
