Repeated renal and ureteral malformations
Repeated deformities of the kidney and ureter are common congenital malformations of the urinary system. Repeated renal and ureteral malformations can be unilateral or bilateral. More unilateral than bilateral, four times more on the right than left, and more women than men. Statistics on the incidence vary from house to house. Campbell counted 342 cases of ureteral repetitive deformities in 51,880 autopsies, which was 1: 160; but Nordamrk found 138 cases in 1: 774 radiographs, which was 1:35; Thompson and Amar calculated urinary Department of patients, urethral angiography found that 6% of patients with repeated ureteral malformations. Swensor and Ratner found that in 4,000 children with urinary angiography, 62 cases were 1:64. From the overall statistics, repeated renal and ureteral malformations are by no means a rare congenital malformation. Additional statistics indicate that the incidence of complete and incomplete repeated ureteral deformities is approximately equal in women. But in men, most are incomplete repetitive deformities.
