Rheumatic vasculitis

Rheumatoid vasculitis: It is a common systemic connective tissue disease mainly non-suppurative polyarthritis. If the main clinical symptoms are extra-articular manifestations, such as pleurisy, myocarditis, pneumonia, neuritis, and vasculitis, it is called malignant rheumatoid arthritis. Vasculitis is one of the basic pathologies of rheumatoid arthritis. Most of its vascular damage is asymptomatic and only found at autopsy, so it is generally not clinically significant. However, if a variety of blood vessels (including middle arteries, small arteries, Arteries and capillaries) inflammatory occlusion, the symptoms are obvious, and even fatal, collectively known as rheumatoid vasculitis.
