Spinal exercise test

Spinal exercise test is a test performed when lumbar disc herniation is more obvious. It can compress the spinal nerve root and cause pain in the waist, hip, and lower limb along the sciatic nerve. When a certain position is adopted to reduce or aggravate the pressure on the nerve root, the pain also decreases, disappears or worsens.
