Radio allergen adsorption test
A radioallergosorbent test (RAST) combines the purified allergen with a solid phase carrier, adds the serum to be tested and a reference control, and then reacts with an isotope-labeled anti-IgE antibody, and then measures the radioactivity of the solid phase. The specific IgE content in the serum to be tested was determined by the standard curve, or it was judged positive when the radioactivity of the specimen was higher than the normal average plus 3S.
