Anterior chamber depth measurement is important in clinical ophthalmology. The anatomical basis of angle-closure glaucoma is shallow anterior chamber, narrow chamber angle, and disproportionate increase in lens. Therefore, the measurement of the central axis depth of the anterior chamber is very important in the early diagnosis of angle-closure glaucoma and the estimation of the course evolution.
