Syphilitic leukoplakia

Syphilitic white spots are more common in women. It usually occurs 4-5 months or 1 year after infection. The common skin and mucosal damage of secondary syphilis is leukoplakia. There are a large number of Treponema pallidum on the surface of the mucosa white spot, which is an important source of infection.
