Lupus erythematosus cells
Lupus factor in the blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus is an anti-nuclear protein immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody. It acts on the cell membrane, damages the cell membrane, and swells the cell nucleus to form a uniform, unstructured A circular aerosol-like substance that is swallowed by polymorphonuclear leukocytes to form lupus erythematosus cells. By detecting the presence of homogeneous phagocytosis by neutral polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the blood, systemic lupus erythematosus can be diagnosed.
