Uterine position
The position of the uterus is forward, the uterine body is slightly forward, and the cervix is downward and backward. Since the semen accumulates in the posterior fornix after intercourse, the downward cervix is easy to soak in the semen, which is conducive to the sperm moving upstream. Examination of the uterus can make a preliminary investigation of infertility.
