Reticulum

Reticulated plaques (livedo reticularis) are a kind of skin-limited purple-blue reticulated plaques that appear due to local vasomotor dysfunction of the skin, resulting in arteriolar spasm and dilated veins, and blood stasis. According to the characteristics of the disease, it is divided into primary and secondary, the former is a physiological phenomenon, more common in normal children and adult women; the latter is the skin manifestation of some diseases.
