Wind mass lesions on the skin line

Use a cotton swab (or pencil tip) to mark the skin on the back of the patient. One to three minutes after the scratch, a wind-like lesion consistent with the scratch was found at the score line, with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm and a duration of 10 to 60 minutes. The patient consciously pruritus was a positive skin scratch.
