Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is also called cobalamin. The normal content of vitamin B12 in the body is 2 ~ 5mg. Most of it is stored in the liver, which is about 80% of the total storage in the body. The rest is in muscle, skin and bone tissues, and a small amount is in lungs, kidneys and spleens. The most important function of vitamin B12 is that it is an important substance required for bone marrow hematopoiesis.
