Pregnancy with peptic ulcer
Peptic ulcer disease during pregnancy mainly refers to chronic ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, namely gastric ulcer (GU) and duodenal ulcer (DU), referred to as ulcer disease. Duodenal ulcers are more common in young women clinically, and cases of peptic ulcer in women during early pregnancy are rare. Therefore, it is easy to ignore the diagnosis and treatment of this disease. As a result, the adrenal cortex function is enhanced in late pregnancy or after delivery. The gradual increase in the content of hydrochloric acid and protease makes the ulcer disease worse.
