Syphilis serum test
The syphilis serum test is a diagnostic test for syphilis disease. According to the different antigens used, the syphilis serum test is divided into the following two categories: 1. Non-Trepone Treponema antigen serum test, using cardiolipin as the antigen, to measure anticardiolipin antibodies in the serum, also called reactin. 2. Treponema pallidum antigen serum test: Use live or dead Treponema pallidum or its components as antigens to measure anti-borrelia antibodies.
