Vitamin C
Vitamin C (vitamin C), also known as ascorbic acid, is an important water-soluble vitamin, which is related to various metabolisms of the human body. The human body cannot synthesize and store, and must be taken from outside. It is abundant in fresh leafy vegetables, oranges, grapefruit and lemon. At normal doses, the vitamin C stock is 1500 mg. Insufficient vitamin C intake, malabsorption, or increased requirements can cause disease. Babies often get sick because of lack of vitamin C in breast milk, which makes vitamin C content in milk insufficient.
