Lamellar ichthyosis
Lamellar ichthyosis is an epidermolytic hyperkeratosis ichthyosis, also known as bullous congenital ichthyosis-like erythroderma, an autosomal dominant genetic disease with a high rate of distortion. Clinically rare. Causes eyelids and lip eversion. After a few days, the membrane fell off, and the skin showed extensive chronic flushing, with off-white or gray-brown polygonal or diamond-shaped large scales, fixed in the center, and free of edges. It often occurs symmetrically throughout the body, with limb flexion, cubital fossa, national fossa, axilla and vulva being more obvious. Excessive keratinization of palmar plantar, excessive growth of nails and hair. After birth or months after birth, there may be generalized and limited damage.
