Fulminant acne

Fulminant acne (acne fulminans) is a rare acne. It is a sudden occurrence of fusion-like acne-like pustules. It occurs on the upper back, chest, face and neck. The patients are mostly young men, often accompanied by systemic symptoms such as fever and joint pain.
