Hypochlorite azotemia syndrome in children
Hypochloremic azotemia syndrome, also known as Blum syndrome, Blum-van Caulaerlt syndrome, renal hypoxia syndrome, prerenal failure syndrome, prerenal uremia and so on. Acute renal failure is a common clinical syndrome, which can be broadly defined and narrowly defined. Acute renal failure in the narrow sense refers to acute tubular necrosis, while acute renal failure in the broad sense refers to the same clinical syndrome caused by multiple causes. We divide urgent renal failure into three categories: prerenal renal failure; renal renal failure; and postrenal renal failure. Hypochloric azotemia syndrome is caused by insufficient renal perfusion for various reasons, which is a prerenal renal failure.
