Recurrent inguinal hernia

In recent years, most scholars believe that the recurrence rate of inguinal hernia is about 4% to 10%. The most likely time for recurrence is within 6 to 12 months after surgery. The recurrence of straight inguinal hernia is 4 times that of oblique hernia, and the recurrence rate is higher after recurrent hernia repair.
