Cartilage dysplasia

Cartilage dysplasia (dyschondroplasia), also known as endochondromatosis (enchondromatosis), Ollier disease and so on. It is characterized by round or columnar cartilage masses on the metaphysis of long bones, with shortening and deformity of the backbone, especially in the phalanx. First described by Ollier in 1899, although the tissue structure is similar to endogenous chondroma, it is generally believed that the disease should not belong to the tumor area.
