Congenital small throat

The glottal diameter of the neonatal glottis is 7mm, and the rear diameter is 4mm. If the former is less than 5mm and the latter is less than 3mm, it is considered a congenital small throat. The internal structure of the congenital small larynx is normal, but due to the narrow larynx, it is often impossible to maintain normal ventilation in severe cases.
