Reconstruction of pedicled rotatory flap of lower eyelid

Generally used to repair the defect of the upper eyelid 1/2 eyelid. The pedicled rotator flap of the lower eyelid is characterized in that it retains the lower eyelid marginal artery arch, and the reconstructed part maintains the normal tissues of the eyelid layers and even the eyelashes.
