Soft palate movement asymmetry

Soft palate cancer is easy to detect. It may have superficial ulcers and asymmetric soft palate movements. The palpable lesions are mostly hard, and a biopsy is needed to confirm the diagnosis. Soft palate cancer accounts for 13.5% of primary malignant tumors of the palate.
