Pregnancy with asthma
Asthma is a common reversible obstructive airway disease. Its clinical features are paroxysmal wheezing, dyspnea, chest tightness and cough. Wheezing episodes, especially severe asthma and persistent asthma, not only endanger the mother, but also cause fetal hypoxia due to severe maternal hypoxia, stunting, distress, and even fetal death. Therefore, the proper management of asthma attacks during pregnancy directly affects the safety of mothers and children.
