Pediatric aseptic meningitis syndrome
Aseptic meningitis syndrome (AMS), also known as serous meningitis, refers to a common clinical syndrome that has symptoms of meningeal irritation and mild or moderate increase in cerebrospinal fluid cells, but no bacteria can be found in the cerebrospinal fluid.
