Tiny testicles

The testis is a male reproductive organ. A normal male has two testes, one on the left and one on the scrotum. The testicles are oval and pale gray. Adult testicles are 3.5-4.5 cm long, 2-3 cm wide, and 1-2 cm thick. Each testicle weighs 10-15 grams. Generally the left is about 1 cm lower than the right. Some people have large, small, high and low testicles. If the differences are not large, they are normal.
