Pediatric wrinkled abdomen syndrome
Prune-belly syndrome is congenital abdomen muscle abscess syndrome, also known as Obrinsky syndrome, Froelich syndrome, prune-abdomen syndrome, and abdominal redness syndrome. Is a rare congenital abnormal development. It refers to patients with severe or hypoabdominal hypoplasia of some or all abdominal muscles, which may be accompanied by huge renal cysts, giant ureters, renal hypoplasia, cryptorchidism, etc. Because the symptoms are abdominal muscle deficiency, urinary tract malformation, and cryptorchidism as the three common symptoms, it is also called "triple sign." The disease was first reported by Guthrie and Parker in 1896, and Osier was named Prunebellysyndrome in 1901.
