Groin granuloma
Granuloma inguinale is a chronic, mildly infectious sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacterium Granulomatous capsular bacillus, which appears as an oval body in monocytes in infected tissues, called Donoyan body (Donoyan body), so this disease is also called Donovanosis (Donovanosis). It is a chronic infectious disease. It is mainly characterized by proliferative plaques of granulation tissue. The anus and vulva are the most common sites. It forms painless ulcers and can be inoculated by itself.
