Q fever
Q fever (Q Fever) is an acute natural epidemic disease caused by Rickettsia burneti (Coxiella burneti). The clinical incubation period is generally 2 to 4 weeks. There are chills, fever, severe headache, muscle pain, pneumonia and pleurisy can occur, and some patients can also develop hepatitis, endocarditis, myocarditis, thrombotic vasculitis, arthritis and tremor paralysis. Derrick was found in Queensland, Australia in 1937 and first described, because the cause was unknown at that time, the disease was called Q fever.
