Primary macroglobulinemia
Primary macroglatulinemia (PM), also known as macroglobulinemia. It is a plasma cell-like lymphocytic malignant disease that secretes a large amount of monoclonal IgM (macroglobulin), and often involves B-cell occurrence sites including bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen. The main clinical manifestations are hyperviscosity caused by macroglobulin. The cause of this disease is unknown. It occurs more than 50 years old, and about 2/3 of men.
