Varicella keratitis

Varicella is an acute infectious disease in children caused by varicella-zoster virus (VZV). It is characterized by the appearance of papules on the skin and mucous membranes in batches, which quickly becomes herpes and scabs. Some children with corneal damage may have varying degrees of rash or late rash, called varicella keratitis.
