Choroidal hemangioma

Choroidal hemangioma is a benign, vascular, and hamartoma lesion. Most are cavernous hemangiomas, and capillary hemangiomas are extremely rare. In clinical pathology, choroidal hemangiomas are divided into two types: solitary and diffuse. Solitary choroidal hemangioma mostly occurs in the posterior pole with clear boundaries. Diffuse choroidal hemangioma has no clear boundary and often extends from the serrated margin to the posterior pole And is usually associated with cerebral and facial hemangioma (Sturge-Weber syndrome).
