Vasculitis peripheral neuropathy
Vasculitic peripheral neuropathy refers to the inflammatory occlusion of the feeding vessels of peripheral nerves, causing infarction or ischemic disease of one or more nerves. The pathological features of vasculitis are segmental cellulosic necrosis of the vessel wall or transmural cell infiltration.
