Encephalocele and meningocele

Encephalocele and meningocele are two types of cystic craniotomy, which can be caused by primary defects of the neural tube. Peng Chuan contains brain tissue, or partially dilated ventricles. Its clinical manifestations vary depending on the location and size of the bulge.
