Bladder pheochromocytoma
Bladder pheochromocytoma (pheochromocytoma of bladder) is a non-epithelial tumor of the bladder, originating from the embryonic stage left on the bladder wall of chromaffin cells. The tumor originated from the parasympathetic ganglia of the bladder wall. About 83% of bladder pheochromocytoma can produce hormones, which secrete when the tumor is squeezed when the detrusor of the bladder contracts.
