Deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity
Deep venous thrombosis is the abnormal clotting of blood in the deep veins, which occurs in the lower extremities. It is a relatively common disease in Europe and the United States, and it is increasing year by year in China. This disease cannot be diagnosed and treated in time in the acute stage, and some blood clots may fall off, causing embolism of vital organs such as the lungs and brains of patients, leading to death. Other patients are not immune to the sequelae of chronic thrombosis, which causes chronic pain and affects their ability to live and work.
