Localized cyst of ventral auricle

Auricular pseudocysts (conventionally referred to as auricular serous chondritis) are localized cysts on the ventral side of the auricle with unknown causes. Because there is no epithelial layer on the cyst wall, they are called pseudocysts. The majority of patients are male, and the age of onset is generally 30 to 40 years old, which mostly occurs on one pinna.
