Humeral head fracture

The humeral small head fracture is a rare elbow injury, accounting for about 0.5% to 1% of elbow fractures. In adults, simple humeral head fractures occur, while in children, humeral head fractures may occur with partial epicondylar fractures. This fracture is easily misdiagnosed as a humeral epicondyle or epicondylar fracture.
