Chigger dermatitis
Chigger mites are also known as "sand mites" and "sand lice", and abroad are called "red stink mites" or "grass mites". It belongs to Arachnida, Acarina, and Acariidae. The life history of chigger mites is divided into four periods: eggs, larvae, larvae, and adults. Adults lay their eggs in the gaps in the soil, hatch into larvae in 5-7 days, and parasitize on small rodents. Once they suck blood, they enter the soil as larva (Nymphs), become moths after molting twice, and the average life span of adults is about 300 days.
