Giant papillary conjunctivitis

Giant papillary conjunctivitis (GPC) is a non-infectious immune inflammatory reaction mainly involving the upper eyelid conjunctiva. It is named for the presence of a large nipple (1.0 mm diameter) on the surface of the conjunctiva of the upper eyelid.
