Acute cerebellar ataxia in children
Acute cerebellar ataxia is a group of syndromes characteristic of pediatrics with cerebellar ataxia as the main manifestation. Normal voluntary movement requires the cooperative contraction of several groups of muscles. This ingenious coordination of muscles is called cooperative movement or ataxia. Freemasonry requires a fully functional deep sensation, involvement of the vestibule, cerebellum, and extrapyramidal system. A disorder of movement coordination caused by damage to any of these areas is called ataxia. The characteristics of ataxia caused by damage in different parts are different, such as sensory, vestibular, cerebellar and cerebral ataxia. According to the different causes, it can be divided into acute cerebellar ataxia, congenital metabolic ataxia, and hereditary ataxia.
