Barriers to food passage in the stomach are caused by ulcers or cancerous lesions. It can be divided into two categories of incomplete obstruction and complete obstruction. Helicobacter pylori obstruction is one of the common complications of gastric and duodenal ulcers, which can occur in the near-term (ie, active phase) or late stage of ulcer disease.
