Type 2 renal tubular acidosis
It is an insufficiency of sodium carbonate reabsorption in the proximal renal tubules, resulting in a decrease in the salt in the blood and a hyperchloric acidosis. As the proximal tubule reabsorbs sodium carbonate, sodium carbonate reaching the distal renal tubules increases. If the latter absorbs beyond the threshold of absorption, sodium uric carbonate increases and urine pH increases; When the small tube can completely absorb the sodium carbonate in the glomerular filtrate, the urine can return to acidity and the urine pH can decrease. In addition, glucose, phosphate, uric acid, and amino acid reabsorption by the proximal tubules can be reduced, and Fanconi's syndrome appears.
