Hereditary scleroderma
Hereditary sclerosing poikiloderma is an autosomal dominant inherited connective tissue disease. The pathogenesis is uncertain. Occurs in wrinkles such as the armpits and elbows. Skin lesions are manifested as generalized skin heterochromia. Diagnosis is based on histopathology, and there is currently no satisfactory therapy.
