Cervical and waist syndrome

The so-called cervical and lumbar syndrome refers to those who have narrowed the cervical spine and lumbar spinal canal at the same time, and at the same time or one after another, the nerves in the spinal canal are compressed and have clinical symptoms. Its incidence in patients with cervical spondylosis and cervical spinal canal stenosis is about 20%. Cervical spinal canal stenosis and spinal cord cervical spondylosis patients (mainly with spinal cord compression symptoms) show spinal canal developmental stenosis, and the ratio of vertebral body to spinal canal sagittal diameter is less than 1: 0.75. The absolute value of the sagittal diameter is mostly below 12mm, and there are even cases where the sagittal diameter is less than 10mm, but it is very rare that it is less than 6mm.
