Soft chancre

Chancroid, also known as the third sexually transmitted disease, is one of the classic sexually transmitted diseases. It is caused by Haemophilus ducreyi and is mainly transmitted through sexual contact. The disease is characterized by one or more genital painful ulcers, often accompanied by purulent lesions of the inguinal lymph nodes.
