Judgment and disorientation
Directional force is the ability to perceive and recognize the surrounding environment (time, place, person) and its state (name, age, occupation, etc.). Disorientation is an important criterion for conscious disturbance. Orientation disorder refers to a continuous lack of orientation to people, places, times, or environments for more than 3-6 months. Judgment refers to the ability of a person to discern something or an individual. Many brain disorders can cause judgment and disorientation in the body.
