Faecal disease in children
Encofesis: Also known as functional fecal incontinence. This disease refers to children 5 years of age or older, non-organic factors or physical disorders caused by defecation disorders, often repeatedly occur at inappropriate times and places to relieve stool, and the stool shape is normal. The incidence of this disease is much lower than enuresis. Foreign reports account for 1-3%, male: female = 3.4: 1. Functional faecal dysfunction in children is an excretory dysfunction, which is a chronic behavioral problem with a complex etiology. There is no unified and accepted diagnostic standard. Epidemiological investigations have shown that the prevalence rate is much higher than the rate of visits, and treatment requires long-term adherence.
