Cervical lymphadenitis

Acute lymphadenitis is mostly secondary to other inflammatory lesions. It is caused by purulent bacteria invading the lymphatic vessels to local lymph nodes. Therefore, the disease is often accompanied by primary infections, such as throat, oral cavity, head and face infections, may be accompanied by submandibular or neck lymphadenopathy and pain. Pathogenic bacteria are mostly Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus. Lymph nodes in the neck, axilla, and groin are the most common sites. This disease belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine.
